Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OHLCX platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. OHLCX reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals who (a) are at least 18 years of age, (b) hold a valid brokerage account at a supported broker (currently Charles Schwab / thinkorswim), and (c) have received an invitation to access OHLCX.

3. Nature of the Service

OHLCX is an order management and execution interface — not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. We do not provide investment advice, manage funds, or custody assets. All orders are routed through your own brokerage account via official broker APIs.

4. Account Security

OHLCX uses OAuth 2.0 token-based authentication to connect to your brokerage account. We do not store your brokerage credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OHLCX account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Credits and Billing

Access to certain features is gated by credits purchased through the Service. Credits are consumed per qualifying action. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Billing is processed by Stripe; OHLCX does not store payment card data.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; (c) share your account or invite codes without authorization; (d) misrepresent your identity or account ownership.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TRADING IN SECURITIES AND OPTIONS INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OHLCX AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
