Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, preferences), information generated by your use of the Service (order history, session data, usage analytics), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers). We do not collect or store brokerage login credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: operate and improve the Service; authenticate your identity; process credits and billing via Stripe; send operational emails; analyze platform usage; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

OHLCX does not store brokerage credentials, social security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or payment card data. Broker connectivity is maintained via short-lived OAuth tokens encrypted at rest using AES-256.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) cloud infrastructure providers under DPA agreements; (c) law enforcement when legally compelled.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active plus a 90-day grace period. Order and audit logs are retained for 7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping obligations.

6. Security

We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, IP allowlisting, anomaly detection, and role-based access controls. See our Security Policy for full details.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact support@ohlcx.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and functional cookies to remember preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Changes

Material policy changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
